Disclaimer the short version

All information on this website is provided in good faith and for general informational and entertainment purposes. While I try to keep the content accurate and up to date, I can't guarantee that everything will always be complete, correct, or current.

This website may contain links to third-party websites. I have no control over the content, availability, or privacy practices of external sites and can't accept responsibility for them.

User Content

If the website allows comments, shoutbox posts, or other user-generated content, the opinions expressed belong to the individual user and don't necessarily reflect my own views. I reserve the right to remove user-generated content at my discretion.

Kinku may occasionally feature copyrighted material for purposes such as commentary, criticism, discussion, education, news reporting, or research. Such material remains the property of its respective copyright owners. If you believe any content on this website infringes your copyright, please contact me and I will review the matter.

Kinku is made by one person. Everything here is put together, chosen, and published by me, and nothing goes up that I haven't decided should.

I do use AI as a helper. It gives me a hand with code, with tidying up wording, and with some of the graphics work — but it isn't doing my job for me, and I keep an eye on everything it touches. Mostly it just saves me time: after years of doing every part of this by myself, it's nice to have a little help with the slow bits. The ideas, the choices, and the final say are still mine, and if you ever want to know how something here was made, ask me and I'll tell you.

By using this website, you acknowledge that all content is provided “as is” without guarantees of any kind. Use of the website and any downloads, guides, or information provided is at your own risk. I am not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from the use of this website or its contents.

I'm back.. and autumn hit Kinku pretty hard this year. 😂 New design, the whole site rebuilt from scratch, and a domain of it's own now: https://kuroi-inku.com — if you have me linked anywhere, it'd be really sweet if you could update it! New seasonal polls are out too. Still tweaking bits, but have a look around! 🍂

Borat
@Nia You said so yourself on your other sites multiple times that you’ve consulted a lawyer. And you said so here yourself „when it’s not in your hands anymore“. Maybe stop threatening people with baseless things and instead just work on yourself in the future.
Nia
@Sora: Ich bin mir dessen doch bewusst. Ich hab nur erbittet dasa das Dok gelöscht werden soll, mein Teil wurde ja gemacht. & ich habs kapiert
Sora
@Nia: What are you even talking about? And why are you sitting here waiting for responses from people. The only thing you care about is your reputation, not how your actions effect others. You're not the victim, you're actually sitting on a website of one..
