Terms & Conditions
Overview before you start

By using Kinku or downloading any resources available on this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to website design, graphics, templates, code, downloads, and other resources unless stated otherwise. These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.

Effective July 2025 Last updated September 26, 2026

Usage Rules the ground rules
  • A visible link back on a credits page, the footer, or anywhere else on your site is required if you use any of Kinku's content. Don't remove credits and don't claim my work as your own.
  • Don't hotlink files directly from Kinku. You may download and host resources on your own server or website for your own personal use, provided visible credit is given.
  • You may use Kinku resources in your personal projects, websites, graphics, edits, and other creative works, provided proper credit is given and these Terms are followed. Resources are for personal/non-commercial use only.
  • I am not responsible for any issues that arise from the use of my resources, code, or downloads. Use them at your own discretion.
  • If you have issues with the original resource (like bugs in codes or you just need help with something) feel free to contact me.
  • The use of any of Kinku's content (including but not limited to graphics, templates, code, resources, and other materials) with any artificial intelligence (AI) tool or service is strictly prohibited, except by Kinku as the original creator and copyright holder. This includes, but is not limited to, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Cursor, Copilot, and similar AI technologies.
  • You are not allowed to upload, submit, process, or use Kinku's content with AI tools for training, analysis, content generation, or any other AI-related purpose. Creating new content, derivative works, or AI-generated outputs based on Kinku's content and sharing, publishing, distributing, or showcasing them is not permitted.
Resources & Templates editing and sharing
  • You are allowed to edit or modify any graphics, icons, icon bases, headers, designs, templates, scripts, textures, or other resources found on Kinku to suit your needs, as long as you credit me and any visible credits remain intact.
  • You are allowed to use Kinku's resources in your own creative projects and share what you make, but don't use Kinku's resources to create new resources, such as brushes, patterns, textures, or similar resource packs.
  • If you're ever unsure whether something is allowed, feel free to contact me.
  • Don't reupload, redistribute, republish, or rehost Kinku resources anywhere others can download them — resource-sharing websites, archives, or similar platforms (e.g. DeviantArt).
  • Commercial use of any resources, designs, templates, code, or other content is strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted.

I'm back.. and autumn hit Kinku pretty hard this year. 😂 New design, the whole site rebuilt from scratch, and a domain of it's own now: https://kuroi-inku.com — if you have me linked anywhere, it'd be really sweet if you could update it! New seasonal polls are out too. Still tweaking bits, but have a look around! 🍂

We are not the police Nia. You don’t need us. You will know what’s yours and what not. Trust your instincts. If you really deleted the account (and do not plan to create another) you’ve done the first step into a drama free future. Promise. Except you want the drama of course but I think we’re all tired of this and you are too because it’s unnecessary. I wish you a relaxing evening!
